NAGM does not provide investment advice, discretionary management, or recommendations of any kind. The decision to participate in any PAMM/MAM arrangement and the selection of the Manager are made independently by the Client. All trading decisions are made by the Manager independently.

The Client selects the Manager voluntarily and assumes full responsibility for that choice. NAGM is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of any Manager. NAGM does not guarantee any performance or protect against losses. NAGM’s role is limited to providing administrative, execution, and technological infrastructure to facilitate trade allocation between accounts. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NAGM, from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the PAMM/MAM Service. NAGM shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or for any loss of profits resulting from the actions or omissions of the Manager.

The Client acknowledges and accepts that:

(a) Trading in leveraged financial instruments (including CFDs, forex, and commodities) involves significant risk of loss;

(b) Past performance of any Manager is not indicative of future results;

(c) There is a risk of total loss of capital;

(d) NAGM bears no responsibility for trading losses arising from the Manager's actions or from market volatility.

The Client should only invest capital they can afford to lose and should obtain independent financial advice prior to participation. The Client authorizes NAGM to disclose account-related information to the Manager for the proper administration of the PAMM/MAM Service.

By participating in the PAMM/MAM Service, I confirm that I have read and understood the above statements and voluntarily agree to participate in the PAMM/MAM Service under my own risk and responsibility.
